Le Marche Pastry school is a practical course for learning the traditional marchigian pastry. During the course you can discover all flavors of tradition and you can learn to make the Christmas cakes, those of peasant tradition, expertly prepared with high quality ingredients.
The sweets of holidays, Christmas, Easter carnival. You will learn all the secrets of the typical Christmas and Easter sweet, then you can savour these dishes with wines and liqueurs.
Frustingo, pizza sweet chestnut, ravioli, chocolate salami, cicerchiata, trifle, peschette, damselfish and more …
The course is divided into a lesson ( 4 four hours ) where they will be prepared sweets and then tasted.

 

Programme: for a minimum 4 people, 1 day cooking class (4 hours), stay excluded .

The cooking class  includes:

  • 1 Cooking class experience (4 hours) .
  • 1 aperitif
  • 1 tasting of dessert that you have prepared during the lesson .

The Cooking  class starts at 19:00 am and finishes at 23:00 pm.

The offer doesn’t include: the round trip and anything not expressly specified under “The tour includes”.

 

The experience price is: € 45 per personchildren from 0 to 6 is free and for children from 6 to 12 is € 25
