When the contact receives the confirmation email of booking, the owner of the apartment with him checks all conditions.
Since the client makes the reservation, he accepts the certain conditions of the accommodation that he are reserving.
The client have to communicate the approximate time of arrival to the contact, no later than three days before the date of arrival.
He must respect the property, furniture and the related equipment.
It isn’t possible stay more people than those indicated in the contract.
It not allowed to do illegal activities in the property during the holidays.
The client must be prepared to sign a contract when he arrives or after the payment of the rent.
In the event that there are complaints, the costumer must notify in the shortest possible time, in any case no more than the 24 hours of the arrival or than the problem.
The costumer must notify these problems both to the owner and the portal by a document that will remain registered, any default in the execution of the contract to be established on-site, including photos if necessary.
If the costumer doesn’t communicate the problem on time or in the manner indicated, he can’t make the claim and he will be responsible of the damage or they are aggravated as explained in our policy of devolution.

If the property booked is not available, we will offer you an accommodation with the same characteristics .
If you can’t possible to find an other accommodation, the reservation will be cancelled, and will be donated to the amount paid as reservation.
In matter of the rent money, all terms depend on the owner’s condition for each apartment
If one flat hasn’t its cancellation policy, any amount of rent pays by the client can’t be return in case he cancels the booking or he leaves the apartment before the date of check-out.
The client must communicate their cancellation putting into writing with an email ( info@AccommodationMarche.com), fax ((+39) 0734 932409 ) or using the instrument “Cancellation“ in My Accommodation Marche.
Each cancellation by the costumer, including those due to force majeure or non-arrival to the apartment will be subject to the cancellation policy above mentioned.
The booking changes are depend on every time based on: availability, the maximum capacity of the property in question , the prices are in force , and the conditions that will be explained shown below.
Each booking change provides for an additional cost of 20 € and it is applied directly when the client confirmed the change.

The increase in the number of days it is possible, provided that the apartment is available for dates after paying the difference between the original amount, that the client has paid online and the new amount must be paid online.

Accommodation Marche will refund the amount of booking that the costumer has paid on-line:
If there is an overbooking, and both the Accommodation Marche and the owner can’t offer an other apartment that might be to his liking.
If the apartment hasn’t the facilities described in the site of Accommodation Marche, the latter finds a solution in case of the costumer notice takes place within 24 hours after check-in ; and neither Accommodation Marche or the owner have found an other apartment.
If there is an emergency that damage the apartment and Accommodation Marche or the owner don’t find an other flat for the costumer (the costumer must inform both within 24 hours after the event).
If there is a possibility to find an apartment for the dates, the number of people, respects the features that affects the customer and has a lower price; Accommodation Marche gives back the different amount that the client has paid.

In this case the client must send the link apartment with the a screenshot of the offer to info@AccommodationMarche.com and by 7 days after he has made a reservation.

If the apartment isn’t exactly the same (in the case of rooms or apartments in the residence, they must be exactly the same), or the dates are different, or the number of people doesn’t coincide.
If the customer finds a cheaper apartment in another booking portal because the latter offers discounts, group rates or similar.
If the comparison isn’t made with apartments that were booked independently (packets or similar).
If the proofs were submitted to info@AccommodationMarche.com aren’t those who ask.
Accommodation Marche has the right to terminate this guarantee at any time.
